REAL MANUFACTURER Having been established as a local exhaust service station in 1996, Hobi Exhaust became professional in exhaust and emission systems for truck, bus, heavy construction equipment engines, generators and all kind of diesel engines in a short period of time, attracting attention in the Turkish automotive market with its quality products. The company went beyond being a mere local supplier with the investments made as from 2.000, and started exporting to the European and Middle Eastern markets. Hobi Exhaust has rapidly grown with correct investments made by correct analysis of the customer requirements and started serving at its new factory that has a covered area of 4.000 square meters in 2004. The company has become even more professional from that date on and accelerated its R&D investments. As a result of these investments, Hobi Exhaust enhanced its machinery line and product varieties, aiming to become one of the most important companies in its field not only in Turkey but also in the European region. With 300 employees, 3 modern factories with a covered area of 21.000 square meters, domestic sales and service center with a covered area of 1.200 square meters, as well as abroad warehauses in France and Ukraine, Hobi Exhaust exports 90.000 units of exhaust parts to 55 countries eachmonth. GERÇEK ÜRETİCİ 1996 yılında bir egzoz servisi olarak kurulan, Hobi Egzoz, kamyon, otobüs, ağır iş makineleri, jeneratörler ve her türlü dizel motorlar için egzoz ve emisyon sistemleri üreterek kısa bir süre içinde kaliteli ürünleri ile Türk otomotiv pazarında profesyonelleşmiştir. Hobi Egzoz 2000 yılından itibaren yapılan yatırımlarla sadece yerel tedarikçi olmanın ötesinde gitmiş ve Avrupa ve Ortadoğu pazarlarına ürünlerini ihraç etmeye başlamıştır. Hobi Egzoz hızla, müşteri ihtiyaçlarının doğru analizi ile yapılan doğru yatırımlarla büyüdü ve 2004 yılında 4.000 m2 bir kapalı alana sahip yeni fabrikasında hizmet vermeye başladı. Şirket o tarihten itibaren daha profesyonel olmak için Ar-Ge yatırımlarına hız verdi. Bu yatırımlar sonucunda, Hobi Egzoz Türkiye'de değil, aynı zamanda Avrupa bölgesinde sadece kendi alanında en önemli şirketlerinden biri olmayı hedefleyen, kendi makine hattı ve ürün çeşitleri geliştirilmiştir. Hobi Egzoz, 300 çalışanı, 3 modern fabrika ile 24.000 m2'lik kapalı alanı, Fransa ve Ukrayna ve İstanbul İkitelli satış ve servis şirketleri ile 55 Ülkeye ayda 90.000 egzoz servis etmektedir. USINES DE PRODUCTION Nous avons démarré notre activité en 1996 comme station de montage locale de lignes d'échappements. Dans un très court laps de temps HOBI est devenu une usine de production de lignes d'échappements pour camions, cars, bus, engins de construction, générateurs et pour toutes sortes de moteurs diesel. La société a attiré l'attention du marché de l'automobile et des poids lourds turcs par la qualité de ses produits. L'entreprise va bien au-delà d'une simple fourniture locale d'échappements. Aux vues des montants investis depuis l'année 2000 elle a commencé à exporter vers les marchés européens et moyen-orientaux. HOBI a connu une croissance rapide grace à des investissements réalisés après une analyse fine des besoins de ses clients et en 2004, avec l'ouverture d'une usine de 4000 mètres carrés de superficie couverte. A partir de cette date, la société a encore accéléré son essor grâce aux budgets en recherche et développement toujours plus importants. Une augmentation rapide de son parc de machines propulse HOBI comme acteur incontournable dans son domaine, non seulement en Turquie, mais aussi en Europe. Avec 300 collaborateurs, 3 usines modernes soit une surface couverte de 21000 mètres carrés, un centre de distribution local pour le marché turc couvrant 1200mètres carrés ainsi que des filiales en France et en Ukraine, HOBI exporte chaquemois 90 000 pièces d'échappements dans 55 pays.
